Mr Angel R MATIAS GOMEZ
Managing Partner & Founder – Head of Investments
AM is the Managing partner & founder of the firm and head of the investment team. AM has over thirty years work experience in a wide array of organisations, including more than ten years as a senior international legal adviser. Clients range from private clients & professional services firms, through SMEs, start-ups & non-profits to divisions of major multinational companies, public government departments and supra-national bodies.
As a senior practising abogado (Registered Foreign Lawyer with the SRA in the UK) AM has experience working across a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, having been involved in numerous VC+PE projects and being responsible for leading investment compliance work. AM has accumulated over the years a substantial and wide-ranging experience and in-depth knowledge across real estate sectors.
AM holds a degree in Law (UAL) with focus on international law & finance, a first LLM in International Legal Practice (UMU) and a second LLM in EU Law (UNED). AM is currently a part-time PhD candidate at the Private International Law Department at UMU (Spain) with extensive research and significant lecturing experience.

Mr Jose Antonio MORALES GABARRON
Head of Business Development, EMEA Region – Partner
International consultant with 30+ years of professional experience in sales, PR & marketing and business development, excelling as top performing sales manager in leading corporations (i.e. Vodafone and El Pozo). Mr Morales was Sales Director of the Construction & Building Department of ATISAE (currently TÜV SÜD ATISAE) from 2005 to 2012 and has been since successfully leading the business development efforts of the company on a range of high-profile commercial & residential real estate projects.

Prof Javier CARRASCOSA GONZALEZ
Professor of Private International Law (chair since 2010) at the University of Murcia (Spain)
Jurist with extensive experience in international legal advice to public institutions, highlighting his work as an adviser to the Ministry of Justice of Spain, performing functions, among others, as a representative of the Kingdom of Spain in the negotiation of the «Rome III» Regulation; as an adviser in the preparation of reports on preliminary questions that are brought before the Court of Justice of the EU by the courts of the Member States in relation to questions of private international law; as an adviser to the General Directorate of Registries and Notaries in Spain; and as an adviser to the General Directorate of Services for the family and children in Spain.
Professor with extensive lecturing experience, among others, at the University of Murcia, the University of Alicante, the University Carlos III of Madrid, The Hague Academy of International Law, the University of Cagliari and the University of Bologna. Author of numerous monographs and specialised publications on Private International Law and International Civil Procedural Law, EU Law, Private International Company Law, International Employment and International Business Law, Cross-Border Law on New Technologies and Property intellectual, as well as family law and international succession and personality rights in an international context, result of his vast research experience. Prof. Carrascosa has published legal research papers in fifteen countries in Europe, North America, and Latin America.
Law degree from the University of Granada (1988). PhD from the University of Bologna –Summa Cum Laude and Cesare Lelli Prize (1991)- and PhD from the University of Granada –Sobresaliente Cum Laude– (2002).

Senior chartered accountant and certified auditor. Professional with 20+ years of experience in public, banking, and financial services sectors, specialising in internal audits & controls, financial analysis & reporting, and compliance & risk management, with an extensive experience leading expansion projects of large domestic financial entities and supporting foreign investment and business development plans of multinational corporations in the region.

Mr Alejandro MORAGON SANCHO

Chartered Architect and Technical Construction Engineer graduated from the University of Alicante. Master´s Degree in Management of Construction and Buildings (from UA). Professional with more than ten years of experience in design, management and development as a Project Director and as a Construction Manager of a wide array of public and private sector construction work.
